Hi, I’m Jullz.
I’m a personal trainer, CrossFit athlete, and a woman deeply committed to growth — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Originally from Brazil, I spent 14 years in New Zealand and now call the Gold Coast home. My journey through fitness has not always been linear — but it has been a lifelong passion. I’ve been in love with fitness for over 25 years — I’ve experienced being overweight, losing 15kg, rebuilding my strength, and transforming not just my body, but my mindset.
That journey is what shapes the way I coach today.
My Approach
I don’t believe in punishment training or chasing perfection.
I believe in:
building strength with intention
creating consistency that lasts
developing a strong mindset
and learning to respect your body, not fight it
Because real transformation doesn’t come from extremes —
it comes from showing up, again and again.
What I Stand For
Looking good is a byproduct.
Feeling strong, confident, and aligned — that’s the real goal.
Your body listens to everything you say.
The way you speak to yourself matters.
I help women:
reconnect with their bodies
build real strength
and move with confidence
Not someone else’s version of “perfect” —

I’m a mum, a coach, and someone who genuinely loves connecting with people.
I’ve worked with clients from all ages and stages — from beginners to experienced athletes — and what matters most to me is meeting you where you are and helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
